Davis VP2 Rain Gauge Error
The recorded rain on the Davis rain gauge is incorrect. Debris clogged the funnel and rain water backed up significantly and no rain was recorded until the clog was cleared. In the process, additional water to clean it was indicated, but some was lost. See the "RAIN" item in the Navigation and view the "Novalynx" gauge. That one is correct. Future rain should be indicated properly on the Davis gauge.
